Refund Policy

1. Digital delivery
All products and services offered by The Fleet Depot Academy are digital. Access details, downloads, or membership credentials are delivered electronically after payment has been successfully confirmed.
2. Case-by-case review
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refund requests are reviewed individually. If you experience an issue with your purchase — for example, a delivery problem, duplicate payment, or technical access difficulty — please contact us so we can assist.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund or report an issue, contact our support team by email at yrk.pty.ltd@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +27 68 187 0328. Please include your name, the date of purchase, and a short description of the issue.
4. Response time
We aim to respond to refund and support requests during our business hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00 (South Africa). We will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
5. Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not be granted where digital content has been fully accessed, downloaded, or consumed, or where a request is made outside a reasonable time after purchase. Each case is reviewed on its own merits.
