1. Digital products and services

The Fleet Depot Academy provides digital learning resources, online educational guides, downloadable resource packs, memberships, and support services. All products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Access after payment

Access to digital products and services is provided after secure online payment has been successfully completed and confirmed. Access details are typically delivered by email or via the contact channel you provide.

3. Refunds

Because our products are digital, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.

4. Customer information

Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date contact details (such as a valid email address and WhatsApp number) so that we can deliver access, send updates, and provide support.

5. Support

6. Acceptable use
